CHECK IN / OUT
CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 PM (14:00)
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability of rooms and will come with a surcharge.
Present a copy of the confirmation email upon check-in, together with a valid identification card of the name in the booking.
PAYMENT
At the moment, we accept payments via paypal online and cash on site.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of PHP 1,000.00 per room per night will be collected upon check-in for any incidentals. This amount, or any balance thereof, is refundable should it remain unused during the stay.
KEYCARDS
Keycards are to be returned upon check-out. Lost keycards will be charged PHP 500.00 each.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
If cancelled within five days before check-in date, a charge of one night will be collected.
Failure to show up at the hotel on the check-in date will be treated as “No Show” and no refund will be made.
EXTRA PERSON
Each room can accommodate two adults. A maximum of two children below 12 years of age may stay free of charge provided they are using existing beds. Additional guests will be charged.
NO SMOKING
The hotel strictly follows a NO SMOKING POLICY in the rooms and throughout the hotel premises. Failure to comply will mean a cleaning fee of P2,000.00 to be imposed on the guest.
